The short answer

The burger board is half the story; this is the other half, translated. The highlights nobody expects: Fanta Melon and Qoo grape as fountain drinks (¥160, ~$1.04), an Earl Grey iced-tea program, McShakes from ¥160 (~$1.04), ice-cream floats in melon soda, and a McCafé counter selling ¥200 (~$1.30) macarons and Uji matcha frappes. Everything below has its photo, current price and what it is, checked against McDonald’s Japan’s own menu.

Where the burger list explains Japan’s sandwiches, this page covers everything around them: sides, the drink machine’s Japan-only lineup, the dessert counter and the McCafé by Barista program (a separate espresso-and-pastry counter inside select stores). Prices are tax-in, standalone; images © McDonald’s Japan, shown to identify the items.

Checked September 9, 2026. Tsukimi-season items are marked with their end dates.

The system notes

Drink S/M/L sizing applies to fountain drinks and shakes (prices above are S). The ¥100 (~$0.65)-region value items (coffee, soft twist, hamburger) make McDonald’s Japan one of the cheapest sit-down-with-wifi options in any city. And the seasonal layer touches this page too: the Tsukimi pie, shake and tartar dip all leave in October, replaced by whatever the autumn rotation brings next; the burger page and this one update together.
