The famous one: a patty made of whole shrimp pieces in a crisp panko shell, with shredded lettuce and a tangy thousand-island-style sauce. Introduced in 2005 and permanent ever since, it's the item international visitors photograph most, because no US or European menu has ever dared it. The texture, crisp outside and bouncy inside, is the point.
