The Big Mac's Chinese name, 巨无霸 ('the giant unbeatable'), is one of the great trademark translations, coined in Hong Kong decades ago. December 2025's price adjustment nudged it up a yuan, which made national news; in practice most people eat it inside a member-combo deal.
